Project Management
At GW Fishell, we have a team ready to make your visions come to life. A project manager will track all expenses, scheduling and progress. We’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Home Construction
As a full-service company, we’ll handle the entire construction process. We’ll coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, city inspectors and more. A project manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of your project and visit the site daily.
Project Completion
After a final home inspection, we’ll walk your through your new home to create a final punch list. Upon move in, you’ll receive a close-out package with copies of all contracts, invoices, warranties, city documents and manuals. Now, you’re home-free to enjoy.
